Order Information

When you place an order, we collect contact information, such as your shipping and e-mail addresses, and financial information, such as your account or credit card numbers. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information to our customers and to get in touch with them when necessary. Financial information is used to bill the customer for products. You also have the option of ordering products over the telephone and you may choose to pay by check, credit card or money order.

Security of Information Policy

Eagle River Knife Co. has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide. We encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using triple key encryption technology by Secure Server Certification Authority RSA Data Security Inc. Americart encrypts the information between the customer and the cart, and then we retrieve credit card information the same way. Although orders are emailed to us, they strip off the credit card number, which we then retrieve through our secure browser, thus completing the secure path. Americart holds a VeriSign Secure Server Authenticity Certificate. VeriSign cannot, for security reasons, allow anyone not directly holding their certificate to display their logo, but we can certainly say, in text, that our Shopping Cart Service holds a Verisign Certificate which is used at checkout time thru Americart. VeriSign, Inc. is a leading provider of Public Key Infrastructure and digital certificate solutions used by enterprises, websites and consumers to conduct secure communications and transactions over the Internet and private networks.

Browsers that allow for SSL Technology Ordering from our Website require the use of an SSL-compliant browser, such as Netscape 4.0 or later; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later; 5.0 AOL client for PCs; or the 5.0 AOL client for Macs. You will not be able to use [Secure Mode] if you have an older version of an Internet browser that does not support secure transactions, of if your computer is located on a local area network (LAN) that uses a firewall that prohibits secure transactions. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Policy
In order to perform your best, your athletic products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for orders returned from Canada.

Please Note:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
• Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
• We cannot accept COD returns.
